Bungalow Cottage accommodation
Bungalow Cottage is available for holiday lets all year round. The accommodation is 5 minutes walk from Budleigh Salterton town centre, and 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The century-old Bungalow has been fully modernised, sleeps four people, and comprises of:
- a large double bedroom
- a large twin bedroom with walk-in cupboard
- a fully-equipped lounge / kitchen / diner
- a luxurious bathroom with large bath and separate shower
- parking for 2 cars.
All linen and towels are provided. All utility costs, such as heating and lighting, are included in the price.
Prices
Holiday lets are available from £250 to £500 per week, depending on the season.
We also offer Bed and Breakfast, when available, at £30 per person per night (based on two sharing). The price includes a full continental breakfast.

Conditions
The accommodation is non-smoking throughout and we sadly can not accept pets.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The outstanding balance is required 4 weeks in advance. We can not accept cancellations once the balance has been paid in full.
